Jordan Brand and Nike SB have often worked closely together in the years past, exchanging not only colorways but also entire silhouettes for releases like the Air Jordan 1 SB and its accompanying Eric Koston collaborations. But more famously, the skateboarding sub-label’s flagship, the Dunk Low, has explored a number of iconic OG Air Jordan schemes under the “J-Pack,” a series that is finally picking up where it left off in 2020.
Revealed not too long ago by way of retailers, the silhouette’s homage to “Chicago” has finally appeared through official images. Leathers, which seemingly emulates the leather quality of its muse, is delivered in the signature Bulls red; accents adjacent finish off the connection with neutral whites along the underlayer and dark black atop the Swoosh, the lining, and the laces. Elsewhere, the references to basketball are kept surprisingly thin as insignia, insoles, and the like retain the usual breadth of SB logos.
